| Happy 2023!! With almost 2 weeks under our belt, it already feels like last year was ages ago. I did want to share a few highlights of my year. It was my best year yet in real estate thanks to my clients and incredible team, Casey and Suz. We gained more inventory knowledge, witnessed record sales, and were able to travel to some pretty incredible places too. I wish you the best health, happiness, travels and successes in 2023! |

| | | Ice Karting!! Located in the mid-valley on frozen Kodiak Lake, my friend Kiko runs this awesome activity. The season is short so if you're going to go, aim for January / February. Rent by the hour. |

| | | Free public Ice Skating at the Snowmass Village Ice Rink, located at Snowmass Village Town Park between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The rink is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays after 6:00 p.m. |

| | | Each year the Aspen school district takes each grade on an incredible outdoor ed trip. My daughter's 6th grade class learned how to telemark ski, hiked to the Shrine Mountain Inn huts, located 2.7 miles from the top of Vail Pass and camped out for 2 days. Those dots are the kids!! #coexperience |

| | | Raft season!! When the snow melts the rivers rage. My 1987 Wrangler, Rosie, crushed the shuttles up and down Slaughterhouse this past summer!! |

| | | A little R&R in Tahiti. The team ventured over the Pacific and enjoyed 4 days in the Tahitian sun. I can't wait to go back for longer!! |

| | | Giant flowers, mushrooms and hikes oh my! One of my favorite months here, because of the endless trails. Take a walk in nature and everything feels ok. |

| | | A wonderful lifetime experience! Over the Thanksgiving holiday, we journeyed to 3 Continents via Celestyal Cruises - Europe, Africa and Asia. Countries included Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Israel and Cyprus. #youonlyliveonce |
