Happy 2023!! With almost 2 weeks under our belt, it already feels like last year was ages ago. I did want to share a few highlights of my year. It was my best year yet in real estate thanks to my clients and incredible team, Casey and Suz. We gained more inventory knowledge, witnessed record sales, and were able to travel to some pretty incredible places too. I wish you the best health, happiness, travels and successes in 2023!

Ice Karting!! Located in the mid-valley on frozen Kodiak Lake, my friend Kiko runs this awesome activity. The season is short so if you're going to go, aim for January / February. Rent by the hour.

Each year the Aspen school district takes each grade on an incredible outdoor ed trip. My daughter's 6th grade class learned how to telemark ski, hiked to the Shrine Mountain Inn huts, located 2.7 miles from the top of Vail Pass and camped out for 2 days. Those dots are the kids!! #coexperience

Raft season!! When the snow melts the rivers rage. My 1987 Wrangler, Rosie, crushed the shuttles up and down Slaughterhouse this past summer!!

A little R&R in Tahiti. The team ventured over the Pacific and enjoyed 4 days in the Tahitian sun. I can't wait to go back for longer!!

The demo of my 2nd condo remodel begun!! After about 1.5 years to get a building permit from the City of Aspen, and now the construction continues. Look out for this spring sale!
