- Get money from ATM there. Only banks exchange cash and hours are tricky.

- Leave room in your bag for souvenirs. Shopping is unique and cheap!

Night 1:
- 20 min Uber from the airport to downtown.
- Dinner on 17th floor of Mirage Hotel
- Cape Ferris Wheel
- Music and Beer at nearby tap house
Day 1:
- Farmers Oranjezicht Market ONLY Sat, Sun, Wed. Until 15:00.
- Walk down from there to The Grand Beach Cafe for Lunch/Brunch
- Sea Point Promenade - hire orange bicycles (the bike station is just past the public swimming pool)
- French quarter
- Long Street
- V&A - Cape Union Mart
- Aquarium
- Cause & Effect for cocktails & munchies
Day 2:
- Boulder Beach - swim with penguins
- From Boulder Beach go to Cape Point Vinyards (closes at 4!)
- Chapman’s peak scenic drive
- Table mountain cable car - the views are amazing up there.
- Cape Point nature reserve to see where the 2 oceans meet (Indian and Atlantic) - most southwestern tip of Africa.
Day 3:
- Airbnb experience - horse ride thru safari
- wine area of Stellenbosch - all day!!
- Shopping in downtown Stellenbosch. Stores close 5:00 and M-F.
Day 4:
- High Tea - Mount Nelson - mando reservation.
- Finish shopping at V&A
Didn’t get to:
- Camps Bay Area which has beautiful beaches. It’s a very upmarket suburb.
- Other cool beaches close by are llundudno. Very cool beach cove.
- If you want to take a surf lesson or just rent surf equipment and go on your own, there’s a cool beach called Muizenberg which is the full on beginner surf beach and it’s big with plenty of room for lots of people surfing. Check out lifestyle surf shop and talk to the owner Craig. You can rent all the gear from them and it’s right on the beach.
- There are also wine farms closer to Cape Town in the Constantia area.
- Botanical gardens.
